Chicken tandoori skewers

4 tablespoons of tandoori pasta
4 breads naans of 120 g
150 g of red lentils
1 tablespoon of sweet curry
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 dl of water
½ bunch of parsley
salt

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the chicken into 2 cm wide pieces and skewer them on wooden skewers. Grease them with the tandoori dough and arrange them in a pan lined with baking paper. Roast the skewers in the center of the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Sprinkle the naans with a little water and 5 minutes before the end of cooking, put them in the oven. Meanwhile, sauté the lentils and curry in oil for approx. 2 minutes. Add water and simmer for approx. 15 minutes, until the liquid has completely evaporated. Add the chopped parsley.
